Instructions

  1. 1. COMBINE GROUND BEEF, SALT AND PEPPER; MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO STEAKS APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH THICK BY 4 INCHES WEIGHING 6 OZ EACH.
  2. 2. GRILL STEAKS 8 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL DONE.
