Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 lb. round or chuck roast, 2 inches thick
  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Start grill fire two hours in advance; less on electric grill. Set grill 5-inches from heat.
  2. Grill 30 minutes on each side.
