  • liquid smoke
  • crushed dill to taste
  • garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Take one large salmon and cut it in half to form two slabs.
  2. Preheat the grill to the lowest flame setting.
  3. Coat the salmon with butter evenly on all sides.
  4. Brush the salmon with liquid smoke.
  5. Sprinkle lemon pepper, crushed dill, and garlic on top of the salmon.
  6. Place the salmon on the grill and cook until well done.
