Ingredients

  • 6 oz. peeled, cooked shrimp
  • 2 oz. diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 oz. cooked, diced potatoes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, celery, and onion in a saucepan with enough water to cover (1 cup).
  2. Simmer on low until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add potatoes, milk, and oleo.
  4. Heat until warmed through.
