Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 turkey breast halves, skinned, boned, butterflied and flattened to 1/2 to 1-inch thick

Instructions

  1. Marinate turkey in a mixture of apple juice, peanut oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Grill the turkey breasts for 10 minutes on each side until cooked through and nicely charred.
