Ground Venison Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown ground venison, onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Boil potatoes until tender.
  4. Drain.
