Ingredients

  • 1 large box whipped topping
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 8 to 10 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Stir together the whipped topping, Eagle Brand milk, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts until well mixed.
  2. Add lemon juice last and mix again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large oblong pan or two 9-inch pans with a graham or vanilla wafer pie crust.
  4. Chill until set before serving.
