  • 5 lbs flour
  • 1 lb butter
  • 2 lbs brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 6 ounces whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. cream sugar and butter.
  2. add vanilla, whiskey, and almond extract.
  3. add flour in batches.
  4. scoop out and cook using waffle iron.
