  • zuchinni
  • fresh diced tomatoes
  • chopped onions
  • minced shallots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. place fish in parchment paper, add vegtables, oil and seasoning bake in parchment about 15 minutes. Can also be baked on the grill.
