- Stir together the Seven Seas Ranch dressing and Dijon mustard to make the sauce.
- Brush 1/4 cup of the sauce on both sides of the fish fillets; reserve the remaining sauce.
- Arrange the fish in an 8-inch square baking dish with the thickest portions toward the outside of the dish.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and vent.
- Microwave on High for 4 to 7 minutes, turning the dish after 3 minutes.
- Let the fish stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the fish with the remaining sauce.
