Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Seven Seas Ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Stir together the Seven Seas Ranch dressing and Dijon mustard to make the sauce.
  2. Brush 1/4 cup of the sauce on both sides of the fish fillets; reserve the remaining sauce.
  3. Arrange the fish in an 8-inch square baking dish with the thickest portions toward the outside of the dish.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and vent.
  5. Microwave on High for 4 to 7 minutes, turning the dish after 3 minutes.
  6. Let the fish stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the fish with the remaining sauce.
