Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 16 ounces kidney beans, drained
  • 16 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown beef & onion, drain and place in crock pot. Layer remaining ingred except cheese. Cover and cook on low 2-4 hours or til thoroughly hot. Serve as is or over rice. Top with cheese.
