Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix into a thick batter. Put batter on a flat dish. Drop from side of dish by teaspoon into boiling salt water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve in soup, or with butter or with sauteed cabbage.
