Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add water, flour, and salt to the eggs and mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the boiling salted water.
  5. Cook until the dumplings rise to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
