  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. hot broth

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the mixture. Add egg and hot broth.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out thin on a floured board.
  5. Cut into wide strips.
