- Roll 2 pieces of cooked broccoli (spears inside) on a slice of sliced ham.
- Take one biscuit, roll it slightly flat, and place the broccoli and ham roll on the biscuit.
- Fold over all, pinch to seal, and place on a lightly greased shallow baking pan.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are done.
- Serve with cheese sauce over the roll-ups.
