Delicious ham and broccoli roll-ups feature tender biscuits filled with cooked broccoli and sliced ham, perfect as an appetizer or light snack with a cheesy side.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package refrigerator biscuits
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 10 slices boiled ham, sliced thick enough to roll

Instructions

  1. Roll 2 pieces of cooked broccoli (spears inside) on a slice of sliced ham.
  2. Take one biscuit, roll it slightly flat, and place the broccoli and ham roll on the biscuit.
  3. Fold over all, pinch to seal, and place on a lightly greased shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are done.
  5. Serve with cheese sauce over the roll-ups.
