Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour, salt, pepper and sugar; blend.
- Add milk gradually and cook over medium heat until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add onion, corn, ham and eggs; mix.
- Turn into baking dish.
- Place pan in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven at 375° for 50 minutes or until mixture is set.
