Ham-Broccoli-Cheese Pie

Instructions
- Cook broccoli until tender; chop coarsely.
- In unbaked pie shell spread 1/2 ham, broccoli, cheese and onion.
- Repeat layers. Gradually stir the milk into the beaten egg; add seasonings. Pour carefully on top of filled pie.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese on top.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Lower temperature to 325°.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
- Serves six.
