Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground ham (leftover)
  • 1 lb. ground Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 6 sweet pickles

Instructions

  1. Grind ham, cheese, onion, green pepper and pickles.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Spread open-face on potato buns.
  4. Put under broiler. When hot, put tops of rolls on and brown some more. Serve while hot.
