Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
  • pimento, green pepper strips and stuffed olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggs in halves (across).
  2. Remove the yolks and mash them.
  3. Blend the mashed yolks with deviled ham, mayonnaise, and pickle relish.
  4. Fill the hollows of the egg whites with the mixture.
  5. Garnish with pepper strips, pimento, or stuffed olives if desired.
