Instructions
- Arrange ham and heat in shallow dish.
- Heat through at 350° for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Drain peaches, saving syrup.
- Saute green pepper and onions in margarine or butter about 4 minutes.
- Add peach syrup to vegetables.
- Mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard together and add to vegetables.
- Blend the catsup and lemon juice into the vegetables.
