- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drain sweet potatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon of syrup, then slice the sweet potatoes.
- On 4 sheets of heavy foil, layer ham slices, sweet potatoes, green beans, and drained pie sliced apples.
- Combine cranberry sauce, reserved syrup, and Dijon mustard to make the sauce mixture.
- Spoon cranberry mixture over the layered ham and vegetables.
- If desired, sprinkle apple slices and sweet potatoes with brown sugar.
- Wrap up the foil pouches loosely and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F until heated through, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plates and pour juices over all.
