Ham Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ham
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cube ham and put 1 cube of ham and 1 pineapple tidbit on a toothpick.
  2. Wrap with 1/4 piece of bacon.
  3. Place all in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Reserve juice from pineapple and add to 1 cup brown sugar, mustard and spices.
  5. Mix and pour over kabobs.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
  7. Serves 40.
