Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crackers and milk into the ham loaf mixture until it becomes mushy.
  2. Put the mixture into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  4. During the last 15 minutes of baking, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, and mustard until creamy.
  5. Pour the glaze over the top of the ham loaf and continue baking.
