Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 1 small onion, grated

Instructions

  1. Stir macaroni into a large amount of boiling water.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Cover and remove from heat; let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse the macaroni at once.
  5. Stir in the soup, milk, grated onion, ham, and half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a buttered 6-cup baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining grated Cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
