- In a large skillet, brown hamburger; drain fat.
- Add cubed potatoes (peeled), diced onion and tomato sauce.
- Mix carefully with spatula.
- Season with seasonings to taste.
- Cover and simmer on low until potatoes are soft, stirring and mixing carefully every 10 minutes.
- Serve with refried beans and flour tortillas. Build burritos or pinch tortillas and use as a scoop.
