Hamburger Potato Stuff

Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 large potatoes
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • chili powder to taste
  • seasoned salt (regular salt okay) to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown hamburger; drain fat.
  2. Add cubed potatoes (peeled), diced onion and tomato sauce.
  3. Mix carefully with spatula.
  4. Season with seasonings to taste.
  5. Cover and simmer on low until potatoes are soft, stirring and mixing carefully every 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with refried beans and flour tortillas. Build burritos or pinch tortillas and use as a scoop.
