Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • onion rings

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger in skillet and drain.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a large baking dish at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.
  3. Uncover and add onion rings and bake 10 minutes longer.
