Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. hamburger meat
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except buns.
  2. Spread 1/2 inch thick on hamburger buns.
  3. Spread to edge to keep from burning.
  4. Broil for 8 minutes or to desired doneness.
