Hanky Panks are savory party spreads combining seasoned ground meat, melted Velveeta, and sausage, perfect for spreading on rye breads at gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb Bob Evans sausage
  • 2 loaves little rye breads

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground meat and drain excess fat.
  2. Add Velveeta cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked meat.
  3. Cook until the sausage is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the little rye breads.
  5. Broil until the spread starts to brown and bubble.
  6. Serve hot.
