- Set up molds and spray with Pam on foil.
- In a pot, combine water, corn syrup, and sugar, and stir lightly.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches 275° to 300°F on a candy-deep fry thermometer.
- Quickly remove from heat and add candy flavoring and food coloring drops.
- Pour the hot mixture into prepared molds immediately.
- Add seed to the hot mixture in the molds if desired.
- Allow the candies to set and cool before removing from molds.
