Ingredients

  • 4 c. self-rising flour (Hudson Cream)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • salt to taste
  • whole milk

Instructions

  1. Mix dough ingredients together and add enough milk to make a light puffy dough.
  2. Roll dough in flour.
  3. Flour hands and pastry board.
  4. Roll dough, using a biscuit cutter or glass to cut out biscuits.
  5. Toss hand to hand; shake off excess flour.
  6. Grease top. Bake at 400° until brown.
