Instructions
- Mix dough ingredients together and add enough milk to make a light puffy dough.
- Roll dough in flour.
- Flour hands and pastry board.
- Roll dough, using a biscuit cutter or glass to cut out biscuits.
- Toss hand to hand; shake off excess flour.
- Grease top. Bake at 400° until brown.
