- Thaw fish if frozen.
- In a large skillet, combine water, onion slice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to boiling; reduce heat and add fish fillets. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until fillets flake when tested.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook mushrooms, green pepper, green onions, and garlic in oil until tender.
