Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hash browns
  • 2 Tbsp. onions
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the hash browns, onions, cream of celery soup, sour cream, and shredded Cheddar cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
