Ingredients

  • 2 -3 large carrots, shredded
  • 4 -6 mushrooms, chopped (I like baby bellas)
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray non stick skillet with non-fat cooking spray (liberally).
  2. Over medium high heat add all ingrediants and cook to desired doneness.

  4. add Mrs. Dash for flavor.
  5. Red and/or green bell peppers can also be used.
