Instructions
- Combine roast and 1 beaten egg.
- Press lightly in greased pie plate to form a crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Add celery and onion and place in the crust.
- Mix together 3 beaten eggs and Bisquick.
- Blend in milk and stir until smooth and pour over the vegetables; bake at 375° until vegetables are tender.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
