Ingredients

  • about 3 c. ground up leftover roast
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine roast and 1 beaten egg.
  2. Press lightly in greased pie plate to form a crust.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Add celery and onion and place in the crust.
  5. Mix together 3 beaten eggs and Bisquick.
  6. Blend in milk and stir until smooth and pour over the vegetables; bake at 375° until vegetables are tender.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
