Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained)
  • 4 or 5 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (drained, chopped)
  • 1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Scoop out the middle of Hawaiian bread and fill it with the dip or spread on crackers.
