Hazelnuts Cookies

Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 140 grams ground roasted hazelnuts
  • 250 grams butter, softened
  • 80 grams icing sugar
  • Handful whole roasted hazelnuts optional

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and ground roasted hazelnuts.
  2. In another bowl beat butter and icing sugar for 2 min.
  3. Mix these two together.
  4. Make into the bolls. I used a small ice-cream scoop.
  5. If you are using whole hazelnuts, put them on the top of dough and press in.
  6. Bake 350 F for 12-15 min on the middle rack.
