Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour

Instructions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients with electric mixer on medium. Then add the eggs and mix on high. Add almond flour and mix. Put in a buttered 7" x 9" baking pan. Cook at 350 F for 25 - 30 minute.
