Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • about 30 soda crackers
  • Pam cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with sides with aluminum foil.
  2. Spray the foil with Pam cooking spray.
  3. Cover the bottom of the pan with a single layer of soda crackers.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the margarine and sugar over medium heat until combined and slightly thickened.
  5. Pour the hot mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  7. Allow the chocolate to soften, then spread it evenly over the candy.
  8. Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.
