Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. All-Bran
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1 c. commercial sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 2 overripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Line loaf pan with wax paper.
  2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
