- In medium bowl combine all 7 ingredients.
- Stir in the egg, juice, onion and Tabasco.
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, bring 1 inch oil to 350°.
- Drop batter by teaspoons into oil, fry a few at a time, 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 2 dozen balls.
