Ingredients

  • 24 slices fresh, soft white sandwich bread
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter

Instructions

  1. Cut 3-inch rounds from each slice of bread using a plain or fluted cookie cutter.
  2. Press the bread rounds carefully into well-buttered tiny muffin tins about 2 inches wide.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for about 10 minutes until rims are lightly browned.
  4. Fill the baked croustades with your desired herb filling.
