- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter a 10-inch diameter spring-form pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg yolks to the butter mixture and blend well.
- Gradually mix in ground hazelnuts and dry ingredients until combined to form a dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared spring-form pan to form the crust.
- Spread raspberry preserves over the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving.
