Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Thyme

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast in water and let it sit until it begins to look creamy, about 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  3. Add the creamy yeast mixture and blend until dough is firm and joined.
  4. Cover the ball of dough and let sit until it is almost doubled in size (but not quite).
  5. I like my crust thin, so I never let it double in size.
  6. I usually give it about 15 minutes.
  7. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into the shape of your stone or pizza pan and prep the rest of your pizza ingredients.
  8. Once topped, this dough should bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
