- Mix yeast in water and let it sit until it begins to look creamy, about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Add the creamy yeast mixture and blend until dough is firm and joined.
- Cover the ball of dough and let sit until it is almost doubled in size (but not quite).
- I like my crust thin, so I never let it double in size.
- I usually give it about 15 minutes.
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out into the shape of your stone or pizza pan and prep the rest of your pizza ingredients.
- Once topped, this dough should bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
