Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh chervil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 9 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mince the fresh herbs, reserving a few leaves to use as garnish.
  2. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended.
  4. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
