Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
  • pinch of chopped fresh thyme
  • dash of lemon juice
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whip butter with a fork.
  2. Blend in the chopped parsley, snipped chives, chopped thyme, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Place the mixture on a sheet of waxed paper and shake into a log shape.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
