Herbed Flounder

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried leaf sage
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Arrange frozen fillets on foil covered rack of broiler pan. Mix margarine, onion, sage and thyme.
  2. Spread over fillets.
  3. Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
  4. Broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat, brushing occasionally with margarine, until fillets flake easily with fork 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
