Herbed Meatballs

- Marinate ground turkey in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, thyme leaves, 2 tablespoons of the broth and 1 tablespoon of the cornstarch.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to one hour.
- Form meat into meatballs, 1/2 inch in diameter or larger if you prefer.
- Place on broiling pan so that juices and fat drain away.
- Broil for 10 minutes.
- (Do not turn meatballs.) Saute mushrooms and onions in oil until onions are opaque.
- Add meatballs, remaining Worcestershire, thyme and broth.
- Bring to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup cold water and stir into meatballs until sauce is just thickened.
