Ingredients

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • juice of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken breasts 2 minutes on each side in a skillet sprayed with Pam.
  2. Add seasonings and orange juice.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, until meat is cooked through and sauce thickens enough to coat the meat.
