Ingredients

  • 2 large bunches or 2 (6 oz.) packages radishes
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. basil

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, place radishes in a single layer.
  2. Add enough water to cover the radishes.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil and cook uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Add margarine, thyme, and basil to the cooked radishes.
  6. Toss to coat evenly and serve.
