Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, snipped
  • 2 heads fresh dill, snipped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and peel a strip around the center of each.
  2. Place the potatoes in a crock-pot and add water.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  4. Drain well before serving.
